Real Food Hall – A Bespoke Ecler Installation for a Stunning Venue
In November 2024, Lancashire PA Hire was commissioned to design and install a versatile audio system for Real Food Hall – a brand-new hospitality venue on Manchester Road, Burnley. The challenge? To create a seamless audio experience that delivers even sound distribution for daytime ambiance while ramping up the energy for evening DJ sessions.
Overcoming Challenges – Custom Sound for a Unique Space
The venue’s low ceiling height and structural pillars posed a challenge for optimal loudspeaker placement. To achieve crystal-clear audio throughout the venue, we installed a distributed sound system using Ecler NIMBO-26 loudspeakers finished in gold with black grilles. The sleek design complemented Real Food Hall’s sophisticated black and gold interiors, delivering not just aesthetic appeal but also unmatched sound clarity.
For powerful bass reinforcement, we added two Ecler ARQIS SB15i subwoofers, ensuring that DJ performances retain depth and impact while still maintaining balanced, room-filling sound.
Smart Control & Seamless Integration with Ecler Technology
A high-end audio system requires intelligent control, and that’s where Ecler’s advanced DSP and control interfaces come in. At the heart of the system is an Ecler MIMO-1212SG audio matrix, paired with a 10.1” WPNET-TOUCH screen, allowing staff to effortlessly switch music sources and adjust volume levels in different areas of the venue.
The system is fully powered by two Ecler HADA-4B400 DSP amplifiers, ensuring efficient power distribution for high-quality, distortion-free sound at any volume level.

- RCA & Jack input wall plates – for external device connectivity
- NEXT Audiocom MV6 DJ Monitor – ensuring DJs have accurate sound monitoring
